Former novelist Adam Salviani had a career aspiration to write books for people as a career. This publishing company is designed to meet the unique needs of writers and novelists who are routinely being under-served by the publishing industry.

As a professional novelist Salviani understands fully the serious problems that writers are faced with when dealing with their publishing companies. It is for these reasons that Salviani and a group of writers founded Raider Publishing in order to create a publishing firm that would cater to the needs of their writer-clients instead of only looking after their own interests. This is indicative of Salviani’s appraoch and the mood that the publishing firm has been imbued with—they sought to rectify the problem instead of complaining about it.
